These days, bear personal sites are a dime a dozen and most of them are super boring. We hate boring and we love fun. So, we killed Bear911.

Back in the summer of 2003, we started Bear911.com as an alternative to the shitty bear personal sites that were out there. Now, there are a few good ones and we want to put our time and energy into some fun new stuff for the web site instead of duplicating things you can already find somewhere else. So keep an eye out for more fun next year on bearsgonewild.com.

If you were one of the couple thousand fellers who signed up or you really dug Bear911.com, sorry for the buzz kill. Brent and I both have profiles on bigmusclebears.com and we'd recommend it if you're looking to meet a bunch of hot, nice guys. You don't have to be big, have muscles or even be a bear to get a profile on there. The owners, Bill and Andy, are cool guys and we recommend their site heartily.
